Terms and Conditions

This is a translation for convenience. In case of discrepancy, the Bulgarian version prevails.

In short: you can cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the class. If you cancel later, the visit is counted. Class passes are personal and valid for the period stated on them. If you have an injury or are pregnant, let us know before the class.

1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of the services of Maison Lea Pilates Studio, operated by [Company name] EOOD, UIC [number]. By making a booking or buying a class pass or voucher, you accept these terms.

2. Bookings

• You can book online from the schedule, by phone or on Instagram.
• Groups are limited to 6 people. Your place is confirmed once you receive a confirmation.
• Please arrive 10 minutes early. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your place may be given to someone else, so that you do not miss the warm-up and risk injuring yourself.

3. Cancellations and no-shows

• Up to 12 hours before the class: cancellation is free of charge and the visit is returned to your class pass.
• Less than 12 hours before, or a no-show: the visit is deducted from your class pass or the single-class price is payable.
• If the studio cancels a class, we will return the visit or refund the full amount.

4. Class passes and memberships

• The validity period starts from the first visit on the pass.
• Passes are personal and non-transferable. Unused visits expire at the end of the validity period.
• An extension is possible in case of illness with a medical certificate.
• The first visit is half price and applies once per new client.

5. Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• A monetary voucher can be used for classes, class passes and private sessions. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
• A class pass voucher activates the pass on the first visit.

6. Health and responsibility

Pilates is suitable for most people, but before your first class please tell us about any injuries, surgery, pregnancy or chronic conditions. If in doubt, consult a doctor. You are responsible for the accuracy of this information and for stopping any exercise that causes pain. Our instructors will offer you an alternative.

7. Studio rules

• Grip socks are mandatory on the Reformer. You can buy them at reception.
• Phones must be on silent.
• We provide mats, towels and water. We keep the studio clean after every class.

8. Changes and disputes

We may amend these terms. The new version applies from its publication here and does not affect class passes already purchased. We aim to resolve any dispute through conversation first. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg) or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
